Aditya Birla big brand name Louis philipe that's company provide handsome salary.you can balance your life.not growth salary at Peter England that's why I want to leave this company sothat someone can learn something.

Employee exploitation. Longer working hours with less pay. Extremely slow growth. Company has no money to give it to its employees as incentive even after achieving big targets. False hopes about growth. Work place discrimination.
