Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing to like... Hitler rules are there....

Dislikes

Very Bad culture... They not giving any Offer/Joining letter or relieving letter to employees.... No job security..... Working environment is not good... Salary getting late in every month..“Worst company don't deserve even a single star ”... No positive thing about the company. They only make false promises with people at the time of interview and once you are start working with them you will start feeling cheated. No hr policies. Poor management. Work culture is too bad.... Average life of a good employee is max 3-4 month...
