It is a SCAM. They take the deposit which they claim is refundable. They never pay it back. They are robbers

Dislikes

They will steal you from your money saying it is a refundable amount and then they will never return you back. Nor are their teaching quality is so good. IT is a clean and pure SCAM.

A lot of things. •Management is pathetic •One of the members of the management is a friend of the founder, who is good for nothing. He has a fake degree and just because he is a friend he can pull any shit. •Can't escalate because it's run by a bunch of idiots •There is no process •The organisation should be shut at the earliest

Likes

Working at Pesto has always been very fulfilling. We're working towards a vision that's clear & the focus is a lot on having great people around. Management cares a lot about culture & we get we get a lot of freedom to express ourselves. There's a lot of transparency in the company not just with employees but with customers as well.

Dislikes

The company is remote but sometimes we miss being in person. Recent offsites were grest, I think we should have more of in-person work or off sites.

Likes

Being a part of Pesto Tech is a great learning experience especially for freshers. There is a lot of scope for self-improvement and career growth. Flexible working hours and help from seniors.

Dislikes

Extended working hours which is quite common in remote working
