Upper management level is Excellent but middle level guys are worst they don't have any knowledge & there is lot of politics involve. Not Good for North Guys.

Company needs to expand their services in multiple area of work as per the present scenario like in thermal having huge exposure. Lot's of project has been matured and cleared from the government; must be take participation.

I like in PES ENGINEERING due to he is doing at EPC Project and his salary timing is better than other.

Here are only job is secure that person which knows lubrication to their boss I don't like this type culture.

Site activities and PES engineering have the best culture and coordinate the team in a proper manner with the company members.

There is no annual implementation in the HSE department at PES Engineering.

EHS staff are treated Naukar, and Mr. P.R. is implementing a divisive North-South policy in the company. The corporate EHS head is a bad person, and benefits and other compensations are low. Please let me know if any further changes are needed.ne to like
