There is no proper training for the new employees, they will definitely face trouble during there job period there are only 2 or 3 seniors who will help you in learning something new other seniors don't care about you Because they are not here for you they are here to work on themselves So why will they care about you

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
