If you wanna go for career suicide this is the place. the company hasn't paid for 6 months. And if you leave company the Fnfs will not come for a year. Well, let's pretend we worked for free for last 6 months and it's up for charity. Compensation is a laughing stock subject here. Leadership is so ego centric and so old school that they don't wanna grow with technology. People in Pervacio good luck with life.

It was a startup. Met quite a few like minded folks. Made strong associations.

Dislikes

They had a great product and excellent hiring was done to help the org grow. However no vision, over confidence and poor sale closure resulted in no cash flow, clients backing off and no salaries for employees

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
