Very bad management zero knowledge of field and client handling and regional issue they don't give leaves when required.. Team leader of help desk unskilled and no knowledge of work.
Arrogant and misbehaviour is very common in fact abusive
Perto India is good to learn for beginners just like Pre School.

Company has two departments. Factory and Support
FACTORY -
Pros - Fixed working hours
Free Bus pick and drop facility
Lunch provided on very low cost
Limited work load and presurre
Number of leaves are sufficient
Cons - No job security
No salary hike and promotion on the basis of marit
No mechanisim for skill enhancement and personality development
Salary range is very low and increament is rare
No work satiesfaction

SUPPORT Department
Pros - You will get a tag of either Team Leader or Assistant Manager
No more pros
Cons - No Work life Balance
No Self respect
No increament and Promotion on the basis of merit / Performance
No job satiesfaction
Poor work enviorenment
Force to work and think like a forced labour.
You will get responsibility without authority.
Management is very poor and irresponsive.
You will be threatened to leave the job always.
You will get extra responsibiliites with no benifits.
HOD don't like knowledgeable candidates and will treat you with attitude and arrogance
You will not be allowed to do a single task with your own. For everything you will required
HOD permission.
You will not get your earned leaves when you required. HOD will threatend you and cut
your saleires with no reasons.
Management creates unneccesary presurre while working.
HOD is very much arrogant and have bad attitude towards employees.
Internal politics is on the peak level.
No work ethics
Management do not to hire or promote good candidats due to insecurity
HOD do not have any management knowledge and will force you to follow the instruction
Companiy is not growing due to bad work enviorenment and work ethics
Note - HR department is just for the name of sake and don't have any authority. They don't have any policy, Nothing.
Nothing is good in this company, no policy define anytime the policy change as per there mood you may say the policy is vary person to person ( if they are close one). No qualification requirements here , as much you do bettering to management as much you get appraisal.If the management is of your same home town and if some how you find some relation then you are gold digger.Much more to share but every thing is not able to written. Last but not least if anyhow you join Perto India Pvt Ltd , and you want to resign from here they not release you , they created more dramatic environment , they take full 3 month salary (CTC ) , they not clear your F&F. 🙏🙏 Don't join this company if you want to grow in your field.
In last 2 Years working Salary Credit date not fixed. No working policy. No HR policy. If after complaint to HR no response. HR/Management not able to fulfill their own written commitment.
