nothing there was no thing that i liked gym was good and gym trainer are very kind and polite ,helpful of Hinjewadi office gym, food(only lunch) is good(only on wednesday) but we have to pay for it (41000 from ctc including insurance)

no job security some managers used to tell you that we will assign you the projects till work with me while on bench but they will never support in-front of HR no proper even worst management no help from manager

...elected in 2 to 3 projects but none of the project started. They wasted my time. Suddenly they called and asked to resign (silent layoff) with 3 month basic salary. Still I am surviving for job

...es why are there old tf panel monitors anyway? Upgrade your hardware.. please... Food they are providing okay good but it will be part of your compensation..

Low Compensation, I feel that salaries do not align with industry standards, and deductions for food charges are seen as unfair

...ated to an good project. Felxible timing Wfo mandatory is dependant on project. If you are having any special skills they will give you that bonus as well

Life will get worst when you are allocated to Indian client. You will be forced to work more. And no benefits of it. Micromanagement is done with people who are not having more experience. To retain good relation with client they can accept unrealastic timelines. If you are bench more than 1 or 2 months you will be forced to put down the papers.
