Absolutely nothing! Just salary credit end of the month.

Dislikes

Highly toxic, disrespectful and unethical culture. There is no rewards and recognition to your efforts. Absolutely, no vision for your growth and career! Highly insecure if someone is on bench for 30-45 days. And yes, you need to search project. There is absolutely “NO” help from RM or HR. “EMPATHY” lacks completely across the board. Extremely unhealthy environment!

Dislikes

1. Number of new projects is less and hence getting relevant project as per your skills is difficult. 2.If your on bench unfortunately then getting project is also impossible. 3. There are projects which are short duration like 3 months to six months only. 4. Due to shorter duration of project, skills will not be improved and parallelly you will loose confidence because your skill set is decreasing month by month. 5. Some clients are very arrogant. Need to work in second shift. 6. No long term projects. 7. Not for 15 years plus level experience because existing employees are staying for long. These people won't allow you grow in career wise because they are in same position for long.

I cant mention 1 or 2 things because everything is bad in this company. Your career depends upon your lead/manager who are good for nothing. Whenever you gets stuck at something you will be asked to do it but at the same time your so called technical lead womt help you and ask you to Google it. You will not get any help on anything but your appraisal will be done on 1 or 2 mistakes which you have done in the complete appraisal cycle irrespective of 1000 good works you have done.
