Salary and increments - There will be no salary increment for next 2 years for anyone who joins after September. Increment is very less. Job Security - Company is firing employees who is on bench for 1 week also in 2023. So many employees lost job because of this. Lack of Projects Less allowances - Shift allowances are very low. A person working in night shift gets only 550 rupees while other companies pays around 1000. Deduction for food - Company provides food in campus and deducts from CTC. Food is very basic and many employees does not like the food.

HR promised in HR discussion about joining bonus but didn't mention in joining latter. Responded very first day and I didn't get any response from HR. Later I joined Persistent and HR said He didn't discuss about joining bonus. So I left Persistent within 3 months. Working inside a project is like doing schooling. Worst more then anything thing you can Imagine. Better to not join this company.

I have worked this company for 3 years and was satisfied with all salary and incentives, good to have new learned platforms company provide as they have their own learning university and videos and stuff..... overall its good company

...e seen people getting no promotions even after 5+ of continuous work with PSL 3. Salary is slightly lower than market 4. Even though staff is competent enough but still it seems some technical leadership is missing.
