Wfo mandatory is dependant on project.
If you are having any special skills they will give you that bonus as well
Life will get worst when you are allocated to Indian client.
You will be forced to work more. And no benefits of it.
Micromanagement is done with people who are not having more experience.
To retain good relation with client they can accept unrealastic timelines.
If you are bench more than 1 or 2 months you will be forced to put down the papers.
WLB: Good in my case, no work on weekends, minimal overtime work, The Manager was really good, humble, and supportive, no definite punching time, one needs to show up for a minimum 5hrs per day in the office for 2 days per week. But the WLB is team, project, and manager dependent entirely, one of my colleagues was into some salesforce support project, and WLB was horrible.
