I like it's Learning and Development team, their training programs, good salary package, soft skills and other activities are great

Dislikes

It's more client specific and no proper communication by TA on the next steps if you're on bench, less attention on employees retaining and variables in the salary are quite confusing

Likes

Work life balance experience in company is good. Most of the people are nice and understand the situation and act accordingly. Higher management is always there for you and you can connect with them with your issues. There is a peace of mind working here in most of the projects.

Salary is not as competitive as other company.

The locations are good, besides that you get many portals to skillup and learn.

...licy is not good, the HR don't reply you on time. Not a place to learn and grow. Pay is average and some managers expects you to work late night and attend calls with them. Besides some of the employees are too chill and they don't work properly so you may see there work coming to you. Workplace is not at all happening. Just work and go home.

Persistent is a great place to launch your carrier. There are ample opportunities for growth and learning. Their in-house learning tool is vast and allows employees to learn a variety of skills. Co-workers are very genial and open, and a flat hierarchy is observed.

Dislikes

Although the work is good, Persistent has a very unfair pay structure. Freshers have it the worst. Monetary growth is downright pathetic and it quickly overshadows whatever good traits Persistent has. Join the organization as a lateral employee to avail the maximum monetary benefit.

... free but the food would be mostly and South Indian even in Pune they will add extra 41000 for your insurance in your salary structure you can take the permission but you can work from home it's not many ready to go to office if you are on bench

No national holidays No christmas and new year holidays no job security no project at all the policies are not good no work satisfaction people don't want to work here more most of the people are on bench they force to give you different skill set project the force you to resign without any specific reason the HR is not good, the management is not good they don't have much project and the good project where you can grow they don't have projector tall recruitment people are also not good they are full of liars the immediately change they have too much of layof even not during the layer they hire and fire people like anything
