Nothing, never join this company they cut huge percentage of salary for no reason and have made an additional profit of 90 crore.

Dislikes

Everything, very little pay raise, no bonus, negligible pay raise, no learning . No opportunity to learn and grow. They don't give fresher's good project

The only good thing in Persistent Systems is the wfh flexibility but you have to pay the price for that.

I cant mention 1 or 2 things because everything is bad in this company. Your career depends upon your lead/manager who are good for nothing. Whenever you gets stuck at something you will be asked to do it but at the same time your so called technical lead womt help you and ask you to Google it. You will not get any help on anything but your appraisal will be done on 1 or 2 mistakes which you have done in the complete appraisal cycle irrespective of 1000 good works you have done.

It all depends on the project. Some projects have excellent wor-life balance and take things slow.

Dislikes

Low salary hikes. Many projects are for short duration. Not all projects have good growth opportunities.

...es why are there old tf panel monitors anyway? Upgrade your hardware.. please... Food they are providing okay good but it will be part of your compensation..

Low Compensation, I feel that salaries do not align with industry standards, and deductions for food charges are seen as unfair
