...rable even if the employee is not well though he supposed to complete his task. Compensation is not good. Lot of partiality

Good pay. Sales team working to get new clients.

Dislikes

Seems not long term projects. Insurance benefits need to improve. Management only care about billing. No employee concerns addressed. Very difficult to change account or BU. Zero onsite opportunities.

It all depends on the project. Some projects have excellent wor-life balance and take things slow.

Dislikes

Low salary hikes. Many projects are for short duration. Not all projects have good growth opportunities.

The good infrastructure setup like desks, pantry, canteen etc.

Dislikes

...ve zero experience. The project manager are always aggressive with team members. The project manager gives the salary loss fear, so that senior employee think to quit company.

Opportunity to up skill, good work, friendly environment, leave policy, mediclaim policy, food etc.

Dislikes

Below are my concern that I found problem in Persistent. Low salary, changing company culture, job security, long notice period, tremendous work pressure, very long working hours, travel policy, relocation policy, onsite policy (e.g. job loss or return to base location if unbilled for two weeks only, no accommodation in initial days) etc.
