Life will get worst when you are allocated to Indian client. You will be forced to work more. And no benefits of it. Micromanagement is done with people who are not having more experience. To retain good relation with client they can accept unrealastic timelines. If you are bench more than 1 or 2 months you will be forced to put down the papers.

Majority of them are hired at lower salaries and then exploited to the core. The amount of work is almost similar for different salaries offered. The senior employees of the company are the most lifeless beings in the organization, sad and addicted to cigarettes, and alcohol. If you want peace of mind, then stay away from Persistent

...lly give you udemy license and you can study of your own what you want to learn. Salary is average for freshers but for experienced people they give you more hike than other service based companies. Work life balance depends on project to project but it's overall good. No one will disturb you after 6 pm and on weekends because there are very matured peoples working here.
