honestly, got opportunity to work on project and understand entire lifecycle of project development. As startup culture , during project development you are supposed to handle most of the work as developer , so most of the time is spend learning new stuff , so it is good experience for me.

as most of time is spend learning new technology to implement and resolve current issues. deadlines are not flexible. so work-life is not balanced
