When I was working with Company, one of my female colleague was humiliated by Gopal akotkar who was Region Head in Telangana, he carries a very good image of himself in the company but he is a cheap manager, manipulator and more of a womaniser. If someone voice out against him ,he/she may lose their jobs overnight. He has used so many girls in the past ,he calls them at his house and he threw them out of office once used. For males he is having biases too..there are 3-4 males not so talented but they are promoted by Gopal overnight (without any interview) as they were so good and supplying girls to him. Management needs to take severe action on such managers who destroys talented employees career.Gopal is mostly showcase himself as very supportive and most influential but he scan the girls first as per his priority and then chase them by chatting, video calls and social media everywhere to be in their good books .once girls feels the same he starts calling them at his house or overnight parties, drop them at house . Pernod is known as worst in the market because of its internal politics and due to this many people are leaving

Employee training in the year is good.

Dislikes

Micromanaging Boss, unclear vision and excess work pressure. Handling multiple responsibilities only adds to more outcome expectations without any increase in compensation. If you are in good books, even if you do a terrible job you’ll still be praised. The organisation should deep dive on reasons why certain team members reporting to same manager left in a year. However even after bringing it to light, no actions were taken

...u to meet the superiors of the company if anyone is visiting your territory. As I was on third party pay role, they always treated me or anyone working there who is a 3p, like useless. Sir , I want to ask the company if it is like this so why are you hiring people to insult or disrespect them. Why there is difference even when every one working for PERNOD. There is gentle man Mr. SARABJEET KOHLI in Chandigarh, He is the person who thinks he has bought the company. He always abuse people always disrespect them force people to a certain instinct, demoralize the people working under him. NOT ME THERE ARE COUPLE OF PEOPLE LEFT BECAUSE OF HIM. THERE WAS A ADDITIONAL STORE IN CHANDIGARH WHERE THEY HAVE KEPT THE COMPANY ASSETS FROM LAST 4-5 YEARS. HE IS THE MASTERMIND OF THAT. HE IS DOING LOTS OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES WHICH IS NOT IN COMPANY FAVOUR, like fake new year tie-up, fake ivents,fake campaigns,fake displays etc. THEY DONT EVEN PROVIDE THE STATEMENTS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Good work environment and culture. My teammates and management are supportive. Company Insurance Policy (Cash-less) hospitals are not good available in my coverd policy in Agra u.p so pls add some more cashless hospitals in Agra.
