Pathetic work culture, No scope of learning and skill development-people are doing same work from the beginning.

They just pay you a very hefty amount as a salary

They have nothing else apart from salary to offer, not an employee friendly organization, no planned working, risk of termination is very high, no work life balance working round the clock like 8 to 8 in the office and then receiving calls at home. Would never suggest anyone to join this organization.

Intense work pressure although the company follows 5 days working it is compromised very easily. Work Life balance poor
