There isn't any kind of training provided to new comer . Politics is there at neutral level have to work keeping our eyes, ears and mind conscious .

Overall company is very good, but there are political atmosphere on regional by you can't grow within the company. Rest things are ok.

Product quality good and very large range products are manufacturing.

Work environment and culture not good. No support for marketing purposes. And no take any decision for close any deal, price issues. Working in C&F and distributor hand. No. Feel like MNC company employee.

I am working upto 1 year but i am not see any like, only mantally tocharing by senior.

My working experience is very bad, bcoz my senior bhartesh Trivedi is very mantally toucher, no any understand family problems situation, Bhartesh Trivedi is a Very Very Selfish person and Focus personal side working projects (not loyal to company)
