...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Excellent pay master,excellent HR polices in tother than salary like insurance,reimbursement,work from home ,internet claim ,mobile phone reimbursement on time salary and other time to time HR recreation activities

One area I believe Perkin Elmer (India) Pvt. Ltd. could improve is the compensation structure. While the company offers valuable opportunities for growth and professional development, aligning compensation more competitively with industry standards would enhance employee satisfaction and retention

Remote working,good company culture,no micro management,rewards and recognition

Stagnant salary,no promotion policy,no onsite,no lateral promotion options ,learning opportunities are less ,still on old technology

...m last 4.5 years. Honestly, it's a great place to work. Office culture is good.. compensation is good.. work life balance.. work from home facilities.. flexible timings.. and lot others things as well.

Dislikes

Don't see any such negative points.. except flat hierarchy.. and travel policy. (Out of India). Also I don't think this will be a showstopper. All the best Perkin.
