Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

The Periyar University is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that climate change, hydrogeology in national and international level. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the Cape Town, South Africa and Canada.

I am actually waiting for regular employee as in time scale.But every vice chancellors promised to put,but they didn't keep their promise.so I resign the Periyar University job.

There is really nothing to like. The worst ever university one can imagine. Most corrupt place with only corrupt faculty, staff and officials. A registrar commits suicide on corruption charges. UGC gives a public notice warning students about the malpractices of the universities distance education institute.
