The talent pool in Performics is really good, the upskilling that happens here is great. Good if you are able to get good campaigns that will expose you to good challenges, and lot of learnings happen depending on the campaign/client you work on. And Performics have best of the industry leaders as clients.

...t lower end. Despite the budget for XYZ position the HR will low ball offer you. This impacts negatively wrt your longitivity in the company as appraisals would not be able to best pay you for your worth. I would recommend you to research the salaries for your position and negotiate and settle atleast 10% higher than the upper range of the salary band. This will keep you satisfied for longer duration.

The top management doesn't care about the employee mental health, unnecessarily increasing the work load of employee which leads to disturbance of mental health. Also making false promises
