Performics India has the worst working culture amongst all Digital Marketing agencies. A couple of senior employee dominates the whole agency & suppress their juniors. Favoritism is one of the major issues in this agency. Good employees with good experience & skills are forced to leave their job because some seniors want things to happen only in their way.
