Poor project planning and unrealistic delivery plans No work life balance ( depends on projects) but if you get stuck with indian clients, there is no weekends or any day where working hours are less than 12hrs No role clarity at times

the company thrived till it was karza technologies but since its acquisition from perfios, the focus has shifted significantly to aggressive cost cutting, frequent restructuring and layoffs. the supportive environment has suddenly become a high pressure culture with unrealistic expectations alongside rising politics and favoritism. it has impacted the overall moralle
