There is no job security, when you become non-billable they will just throw you away even without notice period or any compensation. if you ask for compensation, they will just ask you that you need termination letter with compensation or relieving letter without compensation. Very very worst cultured company, few good people also working there, but no use.

...y of the project, if you are out of the project then you are out of the company. No compensation, no notice period for persons who are out of project. Very less experience like 0 to 3 yrs people can survey here. All controls are from 2-3 dominant peoples at the top management. They said flexible timings, but if you go after 10.30 am they will ask why are coming late to office.

Reporting structure and performance evaluation method. No continuous assessment provision, no planning of setting up objectives and key result or KRA atleast. Higher management appears to be having no control on observation for the feedback submitted by reporting managers.

Salary and benefits are good. Also they don't eventually laid off anyone, else they try to shift in another team according to requirements.

Work culture is bad. Also they do very partiality in giving promotions and giving projects despite of hard work. Also seniors are not so professional and bad behaving.

150 days(5months) notice period for first 3 years and no Buyout options, Sudden Layoff, HR management, Leave policy, HR policy, Skills switching, Job Insecurity, Variable pay included in CTC and not be paid, Giving Project management to Architect, Giving training on one domain but suddenly onboard us to project with completely different domain.
