Ameex is a good organisation for freshers. Learning curve will be good for first two years. Good company to start your career with.

Dislikes

..., accommodation and unpleasant & unsafe office environment during this pandemic. The reason given was that the company as to pay the building rent and it’s a loss for them. They didn’t even considered the risk factors involved in returning back to office without following any COVID guidelines (though everything was mentioned in mail for name sake and no enforcement) This is one situation which gives a complete picture of organisation.

Work culture, work-life balance, support from the Management during the pandemic, flexible working hours, etc.

Dislikes

Projects allocated will be irrelevant to the skillset which in turn affects the annual appraisal, job security, compensation & benefits.

Other than project, they do everything well. But you will have to be in bench.

...ad name but still they will always try to give new technology or manual testing. They just send out people within 2 days and without any compensation.

job security waste, career growth is nil, salary is ok but not upto mark, old employee politics. no learning, work environment full of cockroach, no goal for company. Buch of jokers as senior managers and handled by puppets.

Good appraisal compared to other MNC but its directly communicated without prior discussion with employee.

...projects, which may impact learning opportunities for advanced technical skills. Certification vouchers are not provided upfront; employees are required to pay for exams themselves and seek for reimbursement later(if applicable). Job security concerns during bench periods if suitable projects are not available. Lack of company outings or team-buildings event. Absence of well-being policies or perks commonly offered by other companies, such as wellness programs.
