Good appraisal compared to other MNC but its directly communicated without prior discussion with employee.

...projects, which may impact learning opportunities for advanced technical skills. Certification vouchers are not provided upfront; employees are required to pay for exams themselves and seek for reimbursement later(if applicable). Job security concerns during bench periods if suitable projects are not available. Lack of company outings or team-buildings event. Absence of well-being policies or perks commonly offered by other companies, such as wellness programs.

Dislikes

Reporting structure and performance evaluation method. No continuous assessment provision, no planning of setting up objectives and key result or KRA atleast. Higher management appears to be having no control on observation for the feedback submitted by reporting managers.

Salary and benefits are good. Also they don't eventually laid off anyone, else they try to shift in another team according to requirements.

no job security, forcing employees to resign, poor pay masters, don't join Perficient. I Joined in Oct 2023 but terminated in April, in less than six months I was terminated. please don't join Perficient.
