...ng situations with my teammate during my training. our career is being grown up. I am straightly satisfied with salary without appraisal. i am still discomfort to travel at chennai. i have been learning lots from them.

One of the very worst company in Chennai to work with. Doesn't even care about employees health

Dislikes

...thing for money. One good example is recently many good resources dropped paper. And Management sent a mail that if employees stay till 2024, 5lakhs will be given as bonus. Instead of analysing the root cause, just they will deal everything with money. Nearly 80% of good resources went out and many are serving notice period. Management will ask you to work for 15+ hrs on week-days no matter what and compulsorily on week-ends.

Good appraisal compared to other MNC but its directly communicated without prior discussion with employee.

Dislikes

...projects, which may impact learning opportunities for advanced technical skills. Certification vouchers are not provided upfront; employees are required to pay for exams themselves and seek for reimbursement later(if applicable). Job security concerns during bench periods if suitable projects are not available. Lack of company outings or team-buildings event. Absence of well-being policies or perks commonly offered by other companies, such as wellness programs.

Flexible timings and hike percentage compared to other organizations

Dislikes

No Job Security. resignation without notice period. no employee benefits and salary structure. micromanagement from higher level and office politics.

Salary and increament is compititive

Dislikes

Reporting structure and performance evaluation method. No continuous assessment provision, no planning of setting up objectives and key result or KRA atleast. Higher management appears to be having no control on observation for the feedback submitted by reporting managers.
