Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They can provide salary on time this is good. Some time make trips and party's

There are not an;y rules. They can make own personal rules and it will changes in a minutes everyday and time. there is not of job security they can fire any time..without any reason...Don't join this company if you want your skill development/Learning something new..they are working only make copy and paste work....if have a question in your mind and you want to ask. they will said we will discuss on next week...but every next week will not come on time..So Please set in your mind if you join any company first you need to ask about policy and rules..This is my personal advice for everyone. Thanks
