Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

It was great experience with working Perfect International (FZC) such as team work, 100% job secure, obviously as per performance make growth, salary on time as per the company norms, every year appraisal should be filled and increment as per individual performance, co-ordinate with all departments & support with each other, management also motivate to the our work & responsibility to do your best.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high.
