It use to be a good learning place . But completely gone now . Extremely poor pay master having a tendency of cheating you of your money . Terrible place .

The compensation for the employees should be to paid in par with the industry level. The company doesn’t take into consideration what it’s rival partners are paying and is losing the best talents to them

Perfect Relations provide a good opportunity for freshers to gain knowledge and experience in the field of public relations across industry verticals. My colleagues were more like family.

Dislikes

Perfect Relations was a great company before it was acquired by Dentsu Aegis. Appraisals were not upto the mark from last couple of years.

Perfect relation is a good name when we talk about PR firms , the company is open to innovation and adopt Latest technology .Their first priority is their clients and they make sure that their client are satisfy with their work .

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow the work pressure is very high and i rarely received appreciation , manager do not value individual's strength which makes demotivated .
