Top management easily reachable. Good learning opportunity on how to manage pressure.

Their policies related to retention is very bad if they fired you or you leave the company before one year they will deduct your retention amount from your last two-month salary. It is almost like you didn't get any money in your account please check before joining how much retention percent they are deducting. If you are a family person it is difficult for you to survive in the last two months.
