No one cares what you are doing and what's your stream/background. If you are good politician then this place will work for you.

Dislikes

1) Micromanagement. Don't have good Managers and Team Leads. If possible they will hire fresher and appoint him as a tech lead/ product owner and rest work will be done by pressuring him.😅 2) They don't have development projects. You'll get only configuration/support related tasks which involves no coding. 3) They don't have trainin g facilities either , they will provide you udemy courses which won't help you in learning or in a work. 4) You will directly onboarded on client project within weeks or max in a month without KT and project training. 5) HR will ignore you messages by seeing and even not replying to your messages. 7) You have to beg for paid leaves even it's pending in numbers<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. 8) Salary hikes were not good either</mark>....Read More
