Great range of products and acceptance of the brands in the market place, own manufacturing plants and new started R& D adds up more value to the organization. Company is quite aggressive and customer oriented.

Too many too soon sudden changes. over aggressive More in achieving numbers There can be more work needs to be done for people development.

Due to the small size of the company(20 people) there is exposure to every department, so a person may learn a lot about the business operations. Work timings are fair and consistent.

Dislikes

There is no proper organizational hierarchy and no defining limits of scope of your job, working culture is discriminating and belittling, company does not work on facts but on emotions. It's a company which is very close to becoming a retail store.
