Its not an employee friendly company so there is nothing to like about it

...mooth management and execution of business, salaries are never paid on time.....it's been over an year but our last 3 month's salary are still not cleared. I would not recommend anyone to join this company.

There is no ownership.....lack of SLT support...... salaries are never paid on time..... there's a delay 2-3 months.....it's been over two years since I moved on from Percept still my final settlement has not been done

Very bad at paying salaries & reimbursement. Massive delays in payments. Culture is not good at all. Very unresponsive management. Have not upgraded themselves in terms of infrastructure & services.

Dislikes

Extremely bad paymasters. Not concerned about employees. Outdated infrastructure.

Percept was known for its big events. But now it's not in the game. They lost most of their known clients.

Dislikes

High level of politics female called sejal who run the HR team past more than a decade is unaware about the facts or issues of employees. so people generally don't stay for a long in the organisation.

Likes

Less pressure of work which turns out to be actually a negative thing since you reach a comfort level which is difficult when you switch to next organisation. Apart from a few creative people rest are just a waste of employment and money.

Dislikes

Delayed salaries, in-house politics, disinterested employees, no fresh ideas, monotonous, very lazy atmosphere.
