If you are working at ASM level then its okay you can survive long . But at ce level no promotions, no hike, no salary hike nothing ... One you thing will increase that is pressure on you

Go for other organizations even if you are being paid a couple of lakhs less. India GBS / HBS management sucks In the name of diversity, they are filling up all the open positions with women and in many cases, they force fit women into roles resulting in underperformance and overall poor delivery
