...anagement is 0 rating because I am working under amal for normally 12 hrs a day. During salary time it reaches 16 hrs. If you guys call and speak with sudharsan in English means iam sure he will not reply properly because he don't know the language. AVP there is a Kerala person who gives only preference to Keraltis. In peps i worked in Hr dept for 15 k package. While working in peps they keep on say iam nothing. But i left the company and placed in MNC as a HR with the package of 5L/year😎

I have been working in this company for last 2 years and I am very happy with it. I have not faced any problem related to sales or salary. Peps Mattress Company is very customer friendly. If there is any kind of issue about the product, the customers does not face the problem like other companies.

I have been a staff of this company for the last 2 years but I have not received any increment yet but I expect to get it for sure.

The behavior of the company has been good in the last 2.5 years. I enjoyed working with Sutham Sir, hi is my reporting manager, he understands the staff.

The only problem I have with the company is that the company is not increasing the salary in the last 2.5 years.

...NO Learning * NO respect to staffs * NO Communication Between company to Staffs * Your head THIEFT staff Salary & TA ( WE have proof ) * U Have to change AGM (Salem) Otherwise u r only responsible for All. * They dnt know how to treat On-Roll staffs. Kindly teach them. , Etc.......

*No job security *No promotion and salary increment. *No respect for staff. *Delayed TA expense. *Worst manager and HR.lot of employees Salary and TA is stolen by manager. And non responding HR. *salary credited on time but they any time hold.
