I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. ...eed to do 10persons job at a time without any benefits. Very poor work culture. No incentives, no medical insurance,no bonus, we need to run behind management for any reimbursement, payments. You cant able to enjoy a single holiday. Or els you need to fall sick. Those who have family please stay away from here...
