There's nothing I liked about working at Pepper Media

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is hopeless and there is career growth at all. The company is run by Malyalies and there are a lot of Malyalies in the company. Basically it's a Malyalie organization and you not a mallu, you better pray to God to be on your side. There is no concept of job training. There are multiple things that are out of place here. You'd rather be jobless that work for this God-forsaken company.

It's good for Malayali's, salary package is worst in the industry but these guys earn pretty well and pay their caste people well. Yes you heard me right.. there is no growth no development and has a very negative atmosphere

The team is young and energetic. Our team leads are actually looking out for us everytime.

Dislikes

Salary status is pathetic. They do earn a lot but the salary status is very very poor. They do not care about qualifications. A secondary Hugh school pass out is earning more than a post graduate pass out here. There is no transparency between the management and employees.
