To be honest, Nothing. I got fooled by their marketing. Pepper Content just prey on your financial ill-health. They just take advantage of someone's joblessness and torment all its employees.

Too many. Unprofessional at its peak. They will keep on asking to do more work but will vanish at pay date. In fact, they even teach their team leads (QSM) to fool their members. QSMs will come with all sorts of ideological thesis to make you work more. But when it comes to remuneration, QSMs will pretend that they do not know anything. Extremely rubbish company. They have not paid several employees despite their hard work. Because of companies like this, Indian startups are losing their image.

Job security. They laid off 50+ employee without any prior notice, after this event which shocked every individual in the organization, more than 50 employee resigned because there are no job security. They are planning to lay off few more by September'23. The company will be bankrupt soon, they have no major clients with them right now. Investors are pulling out and people stopped trusting them.

Pay is good but you've to compromise work quality.

I regret to say that my time as a software engineer at "Pepper Content" company was highly disappointing. The lack of effective management, outdated approach to software development, toxic work culture, limited career growth opportunities, inconsistent project priorities, and inadequate resources left me feeling unfulfilled and compelled to seek better options. Prospective software engineers should carefully consider these significant drawbacks before considering employment at "Pepper Content" Company.

...elance work type if you want to work can work if you don't want just stop doing. They will pay only when you will work.

The list is endless 1. They offer you a particular pay rate like ₹1.2 per word but in reality they give you ₹0.8 per word. 2. All are freelance position so there is no security. 3. The worst part is they give the money almost after 45 days officially (in 2023). There is no guarantee that even you will get the money because even after client approve they put in on hold for unlimited times and thus I lost 94K. This is of a total of three months money. Yes, that too when I worked for their client and client approved the work. So if you think still you want to join go ahead. 4.
