COO - Tarun Lakhani is hard to impress but he improves your behavioral skills. Highly professional environment inside and outside company all are very supportive. Since this is highly productive company and fast moving company stress will be common. This company is not for one to settlers. Some times management seems unorganized about the work we get. You have to be a all-rounder who have work on anything without hesitation Financially, if you expect more since you are doing more it not gonna happen. You have to be open enough to ask manager about it and rationalize why you are expecting such about there are chances you might get it.
