Work culture of Pepper cloud is very good. It is the place where managers make you confident, fine tune your skills and push you to be more. Be a fresher or experienced then identify where you have to improve and give you those kinda task. CTO - Darshan Santani is the best manager anyone likes to work under him anytime. COO - Tarun Lakhani is hard to impress but he improves your behavioral skills. Highly professional environment inside and outside company all are very supportive. Ex employees of Pepper Cloud are there is best companies and some moved outside India also.

Dislikes

Since this is highly productive company and fast moving company stress will be common. This company is not for one to settlers. Some times management seems unorganized about the work we get. You have to be a all-rounder who have work on anything without hesitation Financially, if you expect more since you are doing more it not gonna happen. You have to be open enough to ask manager about it and rationalize why you are expecting such about there are chances you might get it.
