Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day and I have to attend Customer's. Manager's do not value an individual's unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of times. Also, there no job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step.

The company is good with benefits and good salary packages

I worked here for two months as in PD dept. Roshni Vaidya- head of department is the reason why I left. Due to her unethical and unprofessional behaviour I couldn’t bare the mental torture done by her on regular basis.

This company never gives pressure to their staff . It is very popular company and the merchandise are so comfortable. It's apparel are for all people like Western, men and for kids.
