Unofficial working hours is more than 10 Hours, Mandatory calls at lunch time or after working hours. Flatter are getting promotions and hikes. You will get the BOSS not the Leader/Manager

Dislikes

Over burdened work load, promotions are not happening. They want you to work for one level more but pay you 2 level below.

Paid birthdays/anniversaries,individual and family medical insurance,House Rent Allowance,Gratuity,Pension after retirement,complementary off and very frequent Friday Fun day activities.

Dislikes

... or give you training on any new work that has been assigned to the new joiners.No bonus or incentives although it gets deducted from the salary.No promotion or salary increase for most of the employees except the very seniors.

Nothing is too like in this company, I have spent 5 years but they did not show the effort to retain me.

Work what gives you no feedback cater from us, and biased for developers, they increase the salary approx 30% every 6 months but not for designers not even 15% yearly. poor management, no work-life balance,

I think company has many good people working at level 2 and colleagues are also good.

Dislikes

The manager is extremely terrible and everything is manual. The approach is really stressful. Apart from manager the culture is good but since I have to only deal with my manager the environment is not good at all.
