Target based job with long hours of work till 2-3 am on daily basis. No time schedule and no work life balance. Was forced to work till late nights.

Salary as per Capability of Employee Salary given on the basis of number of years given to the company, or experience of the employee, instead Salary must be given as per the Capability, Accuracy, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Healthy client relationship and dedication of the Employee to his/her work.

No salary hike, very less hike, very less incentives compared to other companies. Your work depends on your manager. If they’re knowledgeable they will help.. else they will blame for their faults as well.

Full of politics, No ethics, No humanity, No respect, blaming for others mistakes. If you are hard working than you will get the work of other peers too who are irrelevant to the company Will load you that much so that you left the company than will distribute your joiners among there favourite people. Will not give your variables even you have done and completed your targets by mentioning different kind of excuses.

They have positive work culture. People are happier, healthier, more productive and less likely to leave.

They don’t provide competitive compensation. I think this play a vital role in the organization.
