Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

The organisation has less employees, and the work life balance is good. Other wise, the career and growth opportunity is less because they dont retain their employees for long, and the compensation provided by the organisation is very less to their employees as per the work they give. The employers take things very personally and then it reflects on the work. Over all this organisation is fine.

Dislikes

The employers take things personally and this affected my work as well during my internship. As they promised me a job even after working for 10 months as an intern, but at the end I was removed from the organisation. They even dont have their own office, which have been mentioned on their website.
