Dislikes

Absolutely horrible company to work with, no work life balance and barely any stipend compensation. They’ll give you free lunch and count that as bonus, you cannot take leaves and are expected work beyond working hours. There are no breaks in between even the lunch is barely 30 minutes. There is a lot of micromanagement and politics, people who actually want to grow shouldn’t be working here

...umed as a boy you cannot survive here....if you are a men ...please don't join. Salary will be told something else and you'll get something else .. Be aware The offer letter says food will be provided...the food can give you food poison as well !

Your voice is heard, leadership invests in you and I have seen growth in this company and of this company. If you work hard, you definitely get a lot of recognition and benefit. The product itself is amazing so it is fun to demo it across various countries. It is also a complex and challenging platform so it pushes me to do better everyday.

Dislikes

Many employees will see things as glass half empty anywhere they go, it is really your own perspective. The couple of colleagues I work with are motivated and I choose to hang out with such people. There are things I may dislike but it is all compensated by the work I do and how I feel about it.

Working at his company was an incredibly demoralizing experience. The upper management lacks empathy, engages in constant micromanagement, and is often unfair to employees. The food provided is unhygienic, with cockroaches frequently found around or even in the meals. You're given only a 30-minute lunch break, and any extension results in uncomfortable stares from senior staff. Taking leaves is discouraged, and you're expected to work beyond regular hours. If you don't complete your tasks for the day, you're required to stay until the office closes. A friend of mine was unfairly targeted by the HOD, Aishwarya Jain, until she eventually quit. They always target one person and make their work life miserable until they resign. The management frequently badmouths former employees, seemingly unaware that current staff share frustrations about them - most of which are valid. I'll just recommend whoever plans to join here, DON'T!!

It is a worst company i have seen so far. My wife was working in that company and they ask her to work from 8 in the morning till 5.30 and they ask people to say till late night to complete the target. In first week of training they started to give them targets and managers are even unprofessional. Even the employees are sick they ask first to complete target and then you are supposed to go home. Not sure how government are giving a licence to such company.
