Management is really poor and will Mostly try to impose their decisions on the employees and will treat like you are at fault for everything. The management does not celebrate your efforts especially if you join as a fresher. There are a lot of good people working who helped me for my entire tenure till now.

Connecting people around the teams. Conformable to speak to everyone. Promotion will be there but appraisal will not reflect. Collaboration is very good.

Job security they layoff without intimation and politics in team.

It was a great experience working in People10 for me. The manager and the lead I worked with were really good and helped me in every way. There is lot of scope to learn and improve yourself, you can get to know end to end how the system works.

There is an expectation to learn things faster. Once you are past this, things gets better.

Company has given all control to single manager. Company doesn't have career vision to its employees. No politics but everything is in centralised. Company doesn't want to grow with employees they want just billing. For every small thing they look at client.

You may not have work with your own skills & that will be decided by the management. It doesn't matter if what skills you are good & willing to work. You have to work in all skills either you are interested or not.
