I'm working in 30days Above in people Prime company at Chennai,porur.but I'm not receive my salary because they are new rules and norms are issued but not telling my joining time because my personal emergency I leave the company so i properly inform my leader but I'm working in 1month not provide my salary. I'm facing many problems and faced my family this issue base only so I'm not move to another job.

This office not perfect there not give proper salary and still this company not provided pf amount.there over all policies in office finally I want to tell this totally worth less

...s unable to work in people prime not even for 2 months because of their culture. No time to time salary. No correct pay. Many deductions , they deduct more then promised at the time of joining. No incentives nothing, all false promises they give and make us work more.

Work environment is Good and they have good incentive structure.

Dislikes

Fixed pay is very low and they have strict job timings and i wish they had a little flexible timings with a 1 hour window. Learning is slow as we work on the same environment. I did not see any Employee Engagement Activities yet and just focused on Incentives for Employee retention

Good work environment and culture Company policies are good Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year For freshers its a good company
