Shaadi.com management is poor... No job security every time pressurized in sales target... As per the weekly/monthly business, organization paying amount is too low + low salary.

Not dislike but my suggestion is increase your salary package because people Group mein employee monthly jitna business karta h uske accordingly use payout bahut Kam milta h. Thank you

Company salary provide us every month on time not delay.

No any scope of career growth. Huge work pressure from senior working enviroment is also not good & due to covid 19 pandamic time company shortage many employee from work very wrost experience over all

There are no internal trainings for growth..work culture is poor..no work personal life balance..not an employee friendly organization..no holidays on festivals ..even public holidays are working..no appreciation for work ,no parties,no higher education funding nothing.
